Okay, it’s still winter. I get that. I swear. The thing is, it’s pretty much summer all the time in Florida, so consider my fashion posts from now on as summer and vacation fashion inspiration. Until you get to ditch your puffer coats for good, you’ll have to live vicariously through my blog…

This week I ventured to a pretty iconic spot in Tampa, Curtis Hixon Park, enjoyed the breezy mid-70’s weather by the Hillsborough River and reminded myself that one day soon… I WILL be tan again. It was a great Tuesday afternoon activity and one of the perks of working for myself.
Also, I wanted to confess to my readers that being back here is kind of making me want to be a little more colorful. * gasp * We’ll see if I go through with this or not, because I swear I just automatically go to racks filled with neutrals. Until then, I’m doing this Florida-on-the-top/New-York-on-the-bottom thing. For example, this yellow, cherry shirt (soooo Florida) + navy trousers with black loafers (sorta New York). Is it working for me or just plain confusing? Would love to know in the comments!
